As Buyer's authorized Mandate's plenipotentiary we herewith
confirm to be ready, willing and able to purchase Selenium-74
commodity, according to the following, not subject able to
alterations, procedure:

A. Seller sends his firm sales offer (FCO) inclusive
certificates to us.
B. After sufficient result under (a) seller hands over probes
to IGAS for analysis.
C. Seller orders neutral taking of probes out of his commodity
D. Execution of chemical and isotope analysis by IGAS.
E. Results of the analysis are sent to Buyer's mandate asking
for a bid price.
F. Transfer of funds through a Notary's under-account:
Buyer pays goods plus commissions.
G. Agreements: Commission plus NCNDs
H. Buyer receives commodity in Nord LB or another storage
place against all payments by Notary.
