We require GPS and GSM based solution for tracking
individuals who could be elderly people /children or
criminals on probation.

We are looking for a solution provider who can work with
us as a partner on a long term project based in USA. The
requirement of this project is to have one piece wearable
device and a GPS based web system to locate and track.

Interested parties kindly submit a detailed proposal on the
solution with pricing and timeline for the complete
deployment.

Expression Of Interest (EOI).

The following should be considered while preparing the
proposal:

The Device:

1. The devices should be light weight, small and wearable.
2. Can save up to 2000 position memory.
3. GPS and wireless controller for power management,
anti-tamper and software control.
4. Over the air programming of inclusion/exclusion zones
and setup parameters.
5. Waterproof up to 10 to 15 feet
6. Low power consumption and fast rechargeable batteries.

The System:

1. A complete secure web-based software solution for
tracking the device
2. Alarm and notifications in case of tamper the device,
device removal during the specified time and inclusion /
exclusion of zone where defined.
3. Can communicate with the device for programming of
locations and power management.
4. Should be able to generate comprehensive and brief reports
for the authorized personnel
5. Should maintain high access control levels
6. Can further be integrated to other devices or systems
and expand.
