fixed price as follows:
1. Commodity: Gas oil 0.2/62; GOST 305-82 (sulphur 0.02).
2. Origin: Russia/CIS.
3. Total quantity: Min 50,000 (fifty thousand) MT/mth.
4. Contract period: Min 12 months with r&e.
5. Destination port: CIF aswp.
6. Commissions: Usd5.00/MT seller side (closed); usd5.00/MT
buyer side (all agents share buyer side commission).
7. Inspection: By S. G. S.
8. Performance bond:2% shipment value.
9. Payment: Irrevocable, transferable, confirmed,
documentary letter of credit (dlc), payable 100% at sight,
payable and/or confirmed by top 25 prime world bank to
cover each month's shipment.
The seller requires buyer to issue unsanitised LOI/ICPO with
banking coordinates and proof of fund (BCL).
