1000 tons of H. D. Galvanized Steel coils,
as urgent purchase, and we can accept any origin meet
the requested specifications mentioned below, with
level price of 575 USD per Ton (CIF Iraq ), it will be
the 1st shipment and we can ensure the continuity of
supplying this material from you if it good quality and
competitive price than other, we will accept the
quotations until 30/11/2005

Specifications of Galvanized steel coils:
1- Quality: Lock forming quality (LFQ), according to
(ASTM) 527A, class G 90- hot dipped galvanized steel coils.
2- BASE METAL: Carbon Steel of the following
composition:
C (max. ) = 0.150 Mn (max. ) = 0.060 P (max. ) = 0.035 S
(max. ) = 0.040
3- Min. Zinc Coating ( 250 -275 GM/m2)
Alternative for coating:
Alu zinc(Al-Zn) coating:55% AL,43.4% Zn,1.6 % SI,185 g/m2
both sides(25 micron/side)
4- Surface Protection: Slightly Oiled
5- Treatment: No chemical treatment, not passifated,
minimum sprangles (smooth), no silicon compound (for
galvanizing).
6- coil specification, and required quantities for every
thickness:
A- Tolerance for width of coil: (width of coil according to
order tolerances(-0 +1) =1.25m
B- Required sheets thickness (with quantities) as following:
0.7 mm/(qty:300 Tons),0.80 mm/(qty:600Tons),1.00 mm/
(qty:50 Tons)
1.50 mm/(qty:30 Tons),2.00 mm/(qty:20 Tons)
Coil Specification:
O. D: (1000 - 1100 mm), I. D: (510 - 520 mm)
(Max. Weight of coil not to exceed 6 -7 Tons. )
