We request you to forward us your Company profile and
proof of your past transaction in HMS 1&2, Used Rails &
Iron Ore with copies of your past bill of lading (buyer details
not necessary), SGS reports, whether you are miner or exporter,
capacity per month, payment terms , our commission etc.,
so that it enable us to make a quick decision and to pave
way for finalizing the deal. These details are most definitely
required after Buyer has submitted their LOI & BCL
documentation .

We would very much appreciate if you could please submit
your current and valid Full offer details for Sale, relating to
any of these three commodities.

We require full available information relating to the Sale

3. Current Price
4. Payment Terms
5. Delivery Terms
6. Full Specification details
7. Origin
8. Draft Contract & Photos if possible
