Dear Sir,

We have a demand for HMS-1 scrap, used rails, coils.
First we need shipment of at least 30,000 M. Tons of
HMS-1 Scrap for shipment from anywhere in the world
and on urgent basis. Payment will be made by CILC.
If you can offer us better price than the listed below,
we can enter into some deal :

HMS-1 Scrap : US$180.0 per Metric Ton C&F U.A.E
Used Rails : US$210.0 per M.Ton C&F U.A.I

Please send us photographs of HMS-1 and used rails,
as soon as possible with better prices indicated in
above. Shipment acceptable from anywhere.
HMS-1 required for a Steel Industry.

Please treat this matter as most urgent.
