process iron ore , capacity 500,000 tons per year or less
with to produce billets and bars, rebars and wire rod .
After 1993 will be attractive in any case or more modern
deposit subject to inspection .
3. Crude oil refinery , 10,000 /bpd or more for hi diesel ,
diesel , unleaded and jet fuels and with complete accessories
