We would like to buy Prime steel billets
The specifications of the prime steel are as follows:
Prime steel billets
Steel grade: Gost 380-94 3ps
Or equivalents: Q 235, q 215 will be considered..
Dimensions:120 x 120 x 11700 mm(+_ 100 mm)
Quantity- 10,000 to 20,000 MT monthly

The seller must guarantee to the buyer that the goods
delivered under the present contract will correspond to the
characteristics shown below:
1. Mass share of elements, %(not more than) PCT:

2. Maximum deviations in width +/- 4.0 mm
3. Maximum deviations in length + 100 mm.
4. Difference of diagonals on section - no more than 0.7 %
of the sum of limiting deviations of the side of a square.
5. Increasing of ends width on the side at a cutting place ?
no more than 10%.6. Curvature - no more than 1.5 % of
any measurement of length.
7. Twisting - preferably no twisting allowed, but in case of
unavailability, minor degrees for short length in few billets
may be considered before shipment.
8. Packing: Standard export packing in bundles.
Weight of each bundle - no more than 8 MT and heat number
marked on the end of each billet..
9. Allowed quantity tolerance per each partial specification
is to be understood: +/- 5 % on total.
10. No radioactivity will be allowed.
11. Atmospheric rusting accepted but should be at minimum.

3. Terms and conditions:
13. Delivery term: CIF on lo basis(linerout), partial shipment
allowed. Negotiable)
14. Deliver period: Any month that you can start- possibly
from April/may shipment.2005.
15. Performance guarantee:1.5% of the total cost to be
opened by the supplier as the bank guarantee at any prime
bank within one week after contract.
16. Payment term: Irrevocable 100% LC will be opened at
united bank of Singapore or at bank of China(Beijing)within
one week after acceptance of performance guarantee.
