Vendor should submit the following documents to us :

2 - Material Safety Data Sheet
3 - Standard Test Methods (ASTM, UOP, IP, etc.) for the
given items in vendors
Specification. If not, Vendors should give their own test
methods in detail.
4 - Test and Inspection report together with the commodity.
5 - Vendor will inform in the bid/proposal whether they
hold an ISO - 9000 Certificate
