Please be informed that recently one of our valued clients
is interested to set up a Poultry Feed Manufacturing Plant.
Kindly find bellow their required specification:

Name : Poultry Feed Manufacturing Plant.
Production Capacity : 150MT/Day.
Product : Poultry Feed (Mesh Type & Pallet Type
both).

Main Raw Materials : Soybean Meal.
Resid: less than 1.0%
Water: less than 12.5%
Solvent: less than 500ppm.

Plant; kindly provide us your detailed technical proposal
for the mentioned capacity including the following under
turn-key arrangement:
1. Complete list of equipments with detail technical
specifications for every section of your proposed plant
(Including all piping, tanks, Electrical cables, pumps,
valves, electrical control cabinets inside the plant battery
limit).
2. Provide plant layout, drawings, process description
and process flow diagram in your proposal.
3. How much steam will be required to operate the plant
as well as let us know the capacity of the Boiler to be
provisioned for this plant?
Also mention the pressure.
4. Kindly provide us the detailed technical specification of control
system of proposed plant.
5. Specification of finished products.
6. Please let us know the consumption of raw materials
with name to produce 1 Ton of Finished product.
7. Kindly let us know the cost to produce 1 Ton of Finished
product.
8. Quality/specification of Water to be used in the plant (if
required).
9. Include separate price for packing machinery for packing
finished product (for Mesh type & pallet type).
Also mention the detailed technical specification of proposed
packing machine.
10. Provide the requirements of utility consumption to produce
1Ton of product:
I. Water consumption.
II. Steam consumption.
III. Electricity requirement, connected load and maximum
demand in KW.
IV. Other raw material (except soybean meal) requirement
with name and specification.
V. If any other utility required.
11. Land required setup the plant.
12. Manpower requirement to run the plant.
13. Provide spare parts list with price for one year operation.
14. Include the list of the local equipment to be supplied by the
client.
15. Also let us know the warranty period which should be
at least one year from the date commissioning.
16. Provide us cost of Supervision of erection &
commissioning of the plant (During erection & commissioning
period in Bangladesh all cost including food, lodging,
local transportation & communication will be provided by us.
The cost of round air tickets and Pocket money of the
technicians will be on suppliers account).
17. Please mention the delivery period & other commercial
terms and conditions of the plant in your proposal.
18. Kindly provide us the client reference list of your
company.
19. You are also requested to provide us the catalog of
your company
by courier to our office address.
20. Estimated freight of your proposed plant upto
Chittagong port.
