Must have an odour, flavor and texture, clear, refined, edible vegetable oil, should not contain objectionable odour, flavor and texture net weight per tin 125gms drained weight minimum 88 grams number of fish 2 pieces min moisture 70% max. content of fish 70 - 75% of the declared contents.
Without fish water with 1 - 2% added salt in fish flesh.
