Is it Low Carbon Steel of your seller's HMS1&2 As we know ,Russia has no Low Carbon Steel ,if seller has Low Carbon used rails ,which cut into the size under 80cm is also OK .Please confirm it ,hope that we do not waste time and you not lose reputation ,thanks. ...
