Dear Sir/Madam,
We are a company based in cambodia, and we are in requirement of a product with the following specifications :

Product : DAP 18-46-0
Quantity : 30'000 MT Bulk
Delivery Terms : FOB named load port
Cargo Readiness : Prompt
Payment method : By a Sight Confirmed LC
Warranty : 10% Performance Bond (for any broker who wants to argue this then please tell us who pays for the chartered bulk carrier incase there is no product at the load port or demurrage costs if cargo is not ready when the ship gets there?).

Note that if supplier is IFA registered and able to deliver CFR Mundra port (India) then the Performance Bond will be only 2%.
