on the following terms :

1) Quantity: 50,000 metric tons (trial order), 200,000 metric tons per month x 12 months)
2) Packing : Bulk Vessel
3) Terms of Delivery: CIF Nanjing Port
4) Payment: Letter of Credit
5) Contract Period: 1 year renewable
