We are manufacturers of medical products and need non-absorbable monofilament suture for manufacturing copper bearing intrauterine contraceptive devices.
Required specifications of the suture thread are as following:
1. Monofilament suture
2. Free of stabilizers
3. Have sufficient tensile strength to meet the specified thread breaking force requirement of 9.5 Newtons.
4. Thread polymer compounded with 0.4 % - 1.0% by weight titanium dioxide.
