We need four kinds of IQF for mixed fruits

1/3 Papaya, dices 20x20x20 mm
1/3 Pineapple, tidbits
1/3 Red seedless Grapes
2. Gourmet mix
45 % Strawberries
20 % Peach, sliced
25 % Melon balls, Honey Dew or Cantaloupe (please offer both if available)
10 % Red seedless Grapes
3. Berry mix
50 % Strawberries
20 % Blueberries
10 % Raspberries
20 % Blackberries
4. Strawberry / Banana mix
80 % Strawberries
20 % Banana, slices 15 mm (they must be processed in a way that they do not oxidate)
