01. Factory Registration Certificates.
02. Business Registration Certificate.
03. ISO 9001/9002/14001 Certification and CE / TUV Approval Certification.
04. Quality Test Certificates by recognised International Authority.
05. FOB Price List and Catalog with Specification of Products.
06. Freight Charge of the products up to Chittagong Seaport.
07. Compliance Statement - as per tender specification being received.
08. Acceptance of DGDP's Financial Terms:
(a) After receiving Award Letter from DGDP, supplier need to submit a Bank Guarantee on Stamp - worth 10% of document value (no cash / no TT / no DD) AND - it will be returned after Warranty or Any Guaranty Period (if applicable)... kindly confirm your acceptability.
(b) 100% L/C, 80% at sight, 20% after successful handover of the consignment... kindly confirm your acceptability.
(c) Release of our Agency Commission...(to be included in the Invoice).. kindly confirm understanding.
09. Distributorship Agreement for particular supply agreement or for all supply agreement applicable to Bangladesh Territory.
10. Kindly send us your offer and a formal letter on your company letterhead that your company is willing to participate this tender and all future tender in Bangladesh Defence.
