Dear Sir,
We are an Spanish trading company, established on the Spanish market for more than 20 years old. Our main function, is import of all kind of stones around the world, and after we sell them to our customers, the marble workers, so it means, that we are retailers, not the final customer, and need competitive prices to sell again.
Our interest in your company, is to know if you work very good black
granite with very good quality. The market in Spain of Indian black granite is good, our customers demand us in big quantities, but we can not sell all the goods they need, because until now we have not found any serious supplier of this kind of granite.
We are buying a lot of containers last months, but as I have told you, had check several companies, because first time we buy one container to a new company, when the goods arrive here, is a big disaster of quality, packing and so on.
As you can suppose we need to find a good and serious supplier, in order to buy around 8 containers per month, so now I am going to tell you the sizes we need quotation, and the requirements are very important that you can assure us that in case start to work with your company, you are going to follow, right .
We need cut to size: 95 x 75 x 2 / 3 / 4 / 6
Half slabs: 240 up x 70 up x 2 / 3cm
Big slabs ( 2 / 3cm thickness )
Tiles ( 60 x 60 x 2cm / 60 x 40 x 2cm )
And the most important that you have to assures us.
The granite is natural or do you use some kind of treatment? Because we want natural granite.
The slabs must have 3 straight edges
The slabs before packed them, must be cleaned both faces
For the packing, between each polished face, must be a clean and new plastic that covers all the size of the slab, if not happens our current problem, slabs dirty with dirty plastics, means lines, scratches and bad quality material, it means lose money. Send me pictures of the granite you are going to quote us, real slab pictures. And pictures of your packing way, in order to check if for us is good.
I know there are a lot of requirements, but good material means long term business.
