Hello, I am the CEO of a custom suit company.
We have been in business for two years and we are outgrowing our current custom suit supplier as they cannot provide the volume that we need. I am now in the process of finding a new facility who can tailor our custom suits and dress shirts. Our volume is currently at 40 suits and 80 shirts per week (about 200 suits per month), though we are growing at a pace of 50% increase each month. Our goal is to be at 400 suits per month by August.

Can we be assigned a contact / production manager who communicates with us daily?Do you guarantee your production time? What if you are late (not because of shipping / customs)? Do we still pay full price?- Anything else we should know about your company?
