We are in a need of Chili Powder with the specifications described below:-
chilli crushed with low seeds:
granulation: 8 mesh
seed content: max. 3-4% (seed content maybe also higher, par example 20-30%, but then the seeds shall be fine crushed and should not been seen as whole seeds)
sharpness: upto 15.000shu - 25.000shu
moisture: 10%
colour: bright red to dark red
packing: 25Kg kraft bags with heat sealed inner poly liner
chilli crushed seedless (maybe with invisible seed content of 20-30%), same as above but mixed with 5% salt and 5% sunflower oil
chilli crushed with approx. 30-40% seeds:
granulation: 3-4mm
seed content: 30-40% (seeds shall be seen in a yellowish colour and shall be seen as whole pieces)
sharpness: upto 25.000shu-35.000shu
moisture: max. 10%
colour: bright red, seeds yellowish
packing: 25Kg kraft bags with heat sealed inner poly liner
chilli whole
sharpness: upto 25.000shu-35.000shu
packing: 20Kg carton-boxes, double-wave stabil
moisture: max. 10%
colour: dark red
chilli powder
colour: 50-60 ASTA
