Can you give a quotation of woolen shawls
1.GOODS AND QUANTITY:
SHAWL WOOVEN???.30,000 Pieces
2. QUALITY AND SPECIFICATIONS :
Length 2.20 metres per piece +/-5%
Width 1.20 meters +/-5%
Material : Wool / Acrylic Please Specify in your offer
Weight per piece 445 grams +/- 10%
A sample is available for viewing at our premises, if necessary.
A sample shall be provided with your offer.
3. PACKING
In Strong export worthy Bales, 100 pairs per bale. The bales must be of suitable
strength to withstand wear and tear of multiple handling to final destination.
The size of the Bale shall be uniform and should weight approximately 45kg each.
Please specify packaging, if different from the above.
4. OFFERS / PRICE
Prices to be stated in US$ per Item according to the incoterms stated on clause
No. 6. VAT should not apply since items are for Export.
5. INSPECTION:
The consignment should be accompanied by certified specifications certificate of composition.
However, we reserve the right to appoint an independent survey company to verify their
goods and the validity of the certificates submitted on buyer's cost. We reserve the right to
reject the consignment if it does not conform to the requested specifications.
6. TERMS OF DELIVERY (INCOTERMS ICC 2010):
DAP ? All costs paid to our warehouse Nairobi (excluding vat)
DAP ? All costs paid to our warehouse Mombasa ( 5,000 pieces)
7. DELIVERY PROGRAM:
5,000 pieces shall be delivered to Nairobi or to Mombasa.
10,000 pieces shall be delivered to Nairobi on
8. DOCUMENTS:
1) Delivery Note
2) Invoice for payment
9. TERMS OF PAYMENT :
Within 30 days only after survey and confirmation on quality and quantity by
a recognized inspection company mandated by the buyer OR
buyers quality team and complete delivery of goods and relevant documents.
10. GENERAL CONDITIONS:
The Buyer reserves the right to split the commodity into separate Purchase Orders with
different vendors.
All conditions not mentioned herein shall be governed by the General conditions on
purchasing 2010.
Acceptance of the contract entails the waiving by the vendor of his General Conditions on
Sales.
