Apparel Stock Lots
We are a stock lot company. We trade in apparel stock lots
that manufacturers / exporter have due to
cancellations and overruns.

Our clients are the biggest chain stores in the US.
We normally prefer large size stock lots so the clients can
give a even representation on all the stores.

Let me take the liberty of giving you a brief overview
of our business.

We do business with the major retailers where once
the picture in principle gets approved with the buyer then
they need to see the sample to check the quality of the garment.
These retailers will never buy anything by a picture unless an
established label that they have bought for years tries to push
one through. Even then these labels would have
ample of samples to send to these guys. I just concluded a
deal of one label where the factory sent me enough samples
to send to the buyer, the GM and the VP on a single day and so
I could cut the transit time of using a single sample as all three
are located in different cities.

We do understand the cost of a sample and the cost of shipping
which is still higher. You can send us samples via speed post and
we can return the sample at our cost to you within 21 days
Alternatively you can charge us for the samples too if the factory
insists on not taking back samples.

I hope you understand and appreciate our position that we
are not jobbing or trading on these lots via the net. We are
actually doing business in person with these major retailers
where we give the offers and the labels are carried by us.
And over a period of time when you can supply us a
single label different styles if becomes more streamlined as
we have more leeway with the buyers for this brand than
the other vendors.

Please do understand that we do keep a log of samples as
we also have a huge inventory of the same and need to
get them across to the right places at the right time. So rest
assured we are not a sample trading company and we find it
much harder to sell a 150 piece lot than to sell a 4000 pc lot as
for our buyer it has a better style/color/size breakdown
and from our point of view it takes the same amount of effort in
selling the same.

On any offer the following is the detail I require

1) Men or Ladies.
2) Price
3) Delivery FOB where
4) Breakdown by size and color
5) Transit time it takes for sample
6) Pictures should have a reasonable file name to match the offer
7) Transit time for merchandise to the US
8) Sanitized Papers

I know that we have not have business dealings before but
if both of exercise a bit of flexibility here we can get these
offers presentable to the right places backed by samples.
