Dear Sir

We are old established importers, headquartered in Sydney Australia,
supplying to the hotel, resort, and cruise line industries in a number of
countries, and of course in the Australia/Asia Pacific region

Our portfolio of clients includes but is not limited to Sheraton, Hyatt,
Intercontinental, Westin, Versace ,Hyatt, Jumeirah, Carnival Cruises, etc.
As such our requirements are essentially for good hotel quality all white
towels and the volumes can be quite reasonable.

As a start would you please let us have some indicative prices for only white
and also can you supply your towels with our clients logo recessed, and if
so what extra cost might be involved.

As we mentioned we are suppliers to the hotel, resort, and cruise line
business and with the exception of pool towels these clients only use white

May we have therefore some indicative pricing for the following sizes of towels:

Size 150cm x 100cm in 630/650gm
70cm x 149cm in 430/550/600 gm
65cm x 135cm in 480/570gm
76cm x 137cm in 620 gm
90cm x 150cm in 750/800gm
40cm x 64cm advise weight
33cm x 33cm advise weight

Also do you supply towel gowns as used by hotels and if so please let us
know the cost of these in a large size in weights of about 500/550 gram
and 350/370 gram.

We also have a need for these same gowns but made from 100% waffle weave
cotton so please let us know if you have this material available and if so
what is the cost.

So far as pool towels are concerned these usually are bought by our clients in
plain colors of beige, brown, blue etc so perhaps you can let us know about
this line also.

We are sure that you know that the hotels, resorts, and cruise lines use very hot
water in their washing machines so we have to ensure that any product we provide
them with can stand up to this type of laundering, and we have to make sure that
no synthetic thread is used in the sewing of the towels to avoid the ?crumpling?
caused by the slight shrinkage of the cotton during the washing process which
does not effect the synthetic thread

We mention this point only because there have been complaints in the past with
China made towels that have had this problem.
