Hello, Our USA company want to source kind of blanket which
is a wide, very short blanket. If this small test is produced well,
we think we can buy 50,000+ full size blankets of the same material
in 2012year
The yarn of the sample is 3 ply 20 singles (20/3) in one direction
(finished edge); and 3 rows of 3 ply (3 x 20/3) in the direction of the
fringe. We can use a different yarn, if the look and feel is very similar
to sample. Weight of finished product:
I estimate 80x30=544g. 92x30=626g.
The blankets are 85% Pima Cotton and 15% Alpaca. (A similar blend,
with very soft hand feel, may be acceptable Pattern is flat basket weave.
Color requested is Chocolate Brown. The hand knotted fringe is on
each end 30" side. Material will have fire retardant.
The quantities needed for our current sample order
are: 80"x30"----470 pcs 92"x30"----350 pcs
