You should agree to issue free issuance of all the certificates ? SGS inspection
certificate for total quantity and quality, European union certificate,
health/histamine certificate besides the standard shipping / commercial
documents, total weight of fish loaded to one 40ft. container etc. packing
and delivery period etc.
Payment terms will be 100% irrevocable letter of credit ( lc ) at sight basis.
