1.) Seller issues Soft Corporate Offer (SCO).
2.) Buyer issues signed Letter of Intent (LOI) / ICPO.
3.) Seller issues Full Corporate Offer (FCO).
4.) Buyer signs and returns FCO.
5.) Seller issues Draft Contract open for amendments.
6.) Buyer sign/seals the Draft Contract and returns to seller.
7.) Seller issues Final Contract.
8.) Buyer sign/seals Final Contract with Seller and representation.
9.) Buyer issues 100% Irrevocable LC in the name of Seller
confirmed by a top 25 international bank.
10.) Seller commences stuffing, loading, and shipping.
