We are buyer mandate
We have 17 companies for copper cathode.
The details and specs are:
1. Commodity: Copper cathodes (99, 99%)-GOST 546-2001
2. Origin: Anywhere
3. Quantity: Trial (100 to 500) MT x 1 + (1,000 to 2,000)
MT/month x 12months, with rolls and extensions
4. Price: LME - (20% to 25%)
5. Payment terms: Irrevocable, non-transferable,
Divisible (or non-divisible) letter of credit and pay after 15 days from arrival of goods
(For CIQ)
6. Delivery: CIF, ASWP, Asia
7. Contract term: 12 months with rolls and extensions
8. Inspection: SGS/WIS/CCIC or buyer representative
9. Procedure:
1. Seller sends FCO
2. Buyer sends LOI or ICPO with soft probe authorization.
3. Seller and buyer agree in deliveries terms and another conditions
from contract and assign electronic contract.
4. Seller and buyer assign and change by DHL the hard copies from contract.
5. Buyer bank issue non-operative letter of credit.
6. Seller bank issue a 2% PB to activate the non-operative letter of credit.
7. Buyer bank activate the letter of credit.
8. Shipment in accordance to the contract terms.
