Certificate of suitability (COS) of the corresponding drug substance
if applicable
Statement from the manufacturer that the corresponding drug substance
is manufactured in accordance with GMP requirements for active substances.
GMP certificate(s) of manufacturer released by corresponding
Ministry of health, where applicable a summary of other
GMP inspections performed by further agencies like EMEA or
FDA (483?s?) for the corresponding drug substance or further
drug substances manufactured at the same site.
