Sir,
We need a complete line for a vegetable sauce processing,
from chopping tomatoes, peppers and onions etc.
To cooking and then filling glass jars, capping, and labeling.
Our product is a chunky vegetable sauce, containing chunks of
vegetables of up to 2 cm., therefore the volumetric filling must be
capable of discharging chunks of cooked vegetables into various
size glass jars, closing the cap and then labeling the jars.
Initial line should be a small one, as this is a new business,
estimating the equivalent of up to total 600 liters per day in 1/4,
1/2 and 1 liter jars.
