The details and specs are:

1 General
A. Confirmance to the NFPA or EN standards
B. Operability in tropic environment with RH up to
90% and temperature up to 450C
C. Subsystems:
Water and foam through normal pump.
CO 2
Dry chemical powder
High pressure water mist fire fighting system.

2 Chassis design or capacity
A. A full enclosed driving compartment for
3 persons, max persons to ride-8 including driver.
B. At any seat location maximum noise level-90dba

3 Engine design
A. From standing start the vehicle should attain a true speed of about
55Kmph within 25 second

B. From a steady speed of about 25Kmph the vehicle should
accelerate to a true speed of 55km ph within 30 sec.
This should be accomplished without moving the gear selector.
