Hi,
We are regenerated yarn producer in Turkey.
We are looking for a way to improve the performance of our yarns.
What we need to improve is that strength and softness of our yarn in the end.
Our main customers are sock and towel producers.
We also have weaver customers.
Our yarn is made from waste fiber. So, it is cheap dyed and colored yarn.
The blend normally is 70% dyed or colored cotton waste fiber and
30% polyester dyed virgin/waste fiber.
Do you have any economical solutions such as a cheap mercerizing machine
and process for our yarn production?
